**CHANGE TO ONLINE BILL PAY**


We converted over to a new bill pay vendor on November 17, 2011. The old bill pay site is no longer available. Please be advised that if you have bills currently scheduled to pay prior to November 30, 2011, those bills will be paid as scheduled and you do not have to reschedule within the new bill pay vendor. Any bills scheduled for payment after November 30, 2011, will have to be rescheduled within the new bill pay site. We are very excited about the upgrade in services available with our new bill pay vendor. We are committed to providing the best services available and feel confident that the new vendor will enhance your bill pay experience. SURCHARGE FREE ATM NETWORK

In addition to the 8 current ATM machines, we are proud to offer our members the ability to access surcharge free ATM machines in select locations throughout the United States.Please note the $1.00 Foreign ATM Cash Withdrawl Fee will still be charged. IMPORTANT OPT-IN INFORMATION

The Federal Reserve Board recently passed new regulations requiring all financial institutions to obtain an “Opt-In” agreement from account holders to continue providing Overdraft Services on one-time debit card transactions clearing your account. These transactions include purchases made with your debit card at a point of sale or other day-to-day purchases. These new regulations do not affect the current overdraft services that are provided on your ACH or Paper Check transactions.

Members with debit cards should have received an “Opt-In” agreement from us with information detailing this service. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please complete the “Opt-In” form and return it to The Infirmary Federal Credit Union. If we have not received your completed agreement, debit card transactions are not authorized on your account if funds are not available. Please note you have the option to opt-in or opt-out of this service at anytime.

****SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS****


Telephone Access System (TAS)
In addition to calling 251-435-5901 to access TAS, you may now call the toll-free number 866-901-7282.

Online Account Access- Virtual Branch
Virtual Branch is real-time. Any transactions you complete will be immediately posted to the on-line system.

ACH/Electronic Credit Processing
ACH/Electronic credits will be posted by 7:00 a.m. on the effective day of the credit. Infirmary Health payrolls are normally effective dated for Friday of the pay week. Therefore, direct deposits should be posted by 7:00 a.m. on Friday. If you have any questions about what day your payroll is going to post, you may call us or the company from which you are expecting a credit.


Infirmary West Employees!


A representative from the Credit Union is at Infirmary West every Thursday from 2 pm – 5 pm. Our office there is located on the 3rd floor by Human Resources. The phone number is 251-660-5194. Also, both ATM's located at Infirmary West are surcharge free to members of our Credit Union.

We offer MasterCard debit cards! The card operates as an ATM card as well as a point-of-purchase card anywhere MasterCard, CIRRUS and PULSE are accepted.

Now checking accountholders can have access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using Virtual Branch!

After you have signed up, click on the Virtual Branch image in the upper right corner to access the sign on screen. Enjoy this free, easy to use service!

If you would like to sign up for a new Christmas Club or change your deduction, you can do that anytime.
Members who don't want to wait to receive their check in the mail can have their club account transferred to savings or checking.
